Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

Our studio provides a light, minimal and clean space with small class sizes to maximise your one to one contact with the teacher.  All ages and abilities are welcome to our Yoga classes at the Panacea.  Don't worry if you've never been to Yoga before - we're not all experts - you'll start by simply learning how to breathe and meditate.  We will then move on to some stretching and basic beginner level postures.  Don't forget, we all start somewhere, and our teachers and other members will be happy to support you through the early stages.

There’s more to Pilates than developing “strong abs” or “core strength”. Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture.

The Pilates classes at the Panacea are designed for all abilities and take place in our studio.  The beautiful surroundings and the relaxed, comfortable environment provide the perfect atmosphere for you to work hard on your health and fitness, before relaxing in our jacuzzi or steam room.



A Circuit training workout for all that will increase endurance and trim and tone at the same time. Circuit training is ideal for general fitness.

Mondays: 1:00pm to 1:30 pm (Circuits)

Ladies Circuits

Our workouts at the Panacea are designed to work you hard, but also provide an environment which is inviting, warm and friendly.  Our trainers are experts, and will help you perform each circuit safely, ensuring you get the most our of each and every workout.


Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs Bums and Tums is a light hearted and fun class which helps you to tone and shape those stubborn areas, as well as increasing your overall cardio fitness and well-being.  The exercises in this class focus on building the muscles in your lower body and stomach which will over time help you tone up these areas, lose inches and look great! Your flexibility will improve with our warm ups and stretching, improving your posture and health.

Our members love our legs bums and tums class and even though it's one of our more recent additions, it's proving to be one of our most popular.

Book your space on our Wednesday evening class and join in the fun with a great group who are working hard to shape up those stubborn parts.

Junior Gym

A class that is specifically tailored for 13 – 15 year olds to learn the fundamentals of working safely and effectively in a gym environment under the tutorage and guidance of our experts.


Junior Squash

Squash has been voted as the healthiest sport by Forbes, due to its high intensity squash benefits cardiovascular performance, muscular endurance, hand eye co-ordination, flexibility and speed. With players being able to burn up to 1000 calories an hour it is an ideal and enjoyable way for kids to get involved in sport and keep fit!!

Sundays: 10am-11.30am £5 a session
Tuesdays: 4:10pm to 6:10pm
Wednesdays: 4:10pm to 6:10pm
Sundays: 10:00am to 12:00pm

Swimming Lessons

Our highly experienced, enthusiastic and qualified trainers provide swimming lessons that are fun for people of all ages and abilities.  We offer one to one sessions, or child group sessions depending on ability.

Our peaceful and often tranquil pool allows all learners to progress at their own rate, without the pressure of people watching from the side, or large boisterous groups which you may find in other pools.

30 mins each session / 4 children per class.

The lessons must be purchased as a block of 10 and cost £80.00 this must be paid for in advance (no compensation will be given for missed or cancelled lessons).

Please note that this service is only available to members of the club.

We offer 1 to 1 sessions for both kids (30mins) and adults (45mins) at any time pre bookable and payable in advance (available for Members and Non-members).
