Our exclusive member’s club offers a wide range of facilities including a fully equipped gym complete with top of the range, brand new equipment, squash courts, a dance studio, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi.  Members are able to benefit from a discount on drinks at our sports bar, exclusive rates and deals in our Thalgo spa, as well as other discounts and offers that we will provide at varying times.

The Panacea has undergone extensive renovation in 2015, including a brand new steam room and sauna.  Our dance studio has been completely refurbished, as has the reception and all communal areas. With all this in mind, we believe that our membership fees are now the best value for money in Cardiff and we will strive to continue to raise the standard at the Panacea, whilst also offering you great value for money.
